The hotel staff, room and amenities were excellent and commendable. However, my vehicle was returned by the valet with a significant crack in the windshield and covered in bird feces. I was told by the attendant that my vehicle was garaged overnight which the evidence does not support. I filed a claim and was informed a manager would contact within two days. I have yet to hear from a manager, have my valet charge refunded or be reimbursed for my cracked windshield. Very, very disappointing.

Great hotel. The lobby and outdoor space were very aesthetically pleasing. The room was decently sized, well equipped and with nice decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a few requests and they were done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

I booked this for a work trip and this place had the perfect amount to entertain in that time between getting home in the evening from work to going back out in the morning. Loved the bar and coffee shop and the list of amenities you get when you check in that feels like a list of side missions to satisfy my video game-trained brain of things to check out. Also the hotel gym was very helpful and never got too busy. The area around the hotel doesn’t have much going on from what i could see but was located perfectly for my needs. Only complaint was that it felt surprisingly pricey for time of year/time of the week and them seemingly being not very busy. You won’t regret solving the rubiks cube if you were going to check out the bar anyway 👀

Very spacious rooms and fully equipped with refrigerators/espresso machines/half and half/gym. Nicely designed and decorated lobby. A bit loud in the room as it’s next to the street. Staff especially the room service staff are super nice and helpful. Only one front desk young Asian man was a bit weird. We checked in and he’s trying to explain how the “card” works, we asked some questions about the additional/mandatory charges but he seemed not too happy that we asked. Interesting program though, $29 additional fees for $25 credits where you can spend at the hotel and some cable car tickets and some other perks. Food at the restaurant is pretty good actually. Only it feels a bit restrictive to have to spend the credit. All in all a pleasant stay.

I was looking to enjoy a night in the city and wanted to stay near Oracle Park since I would be enjoying a game for the night. The Clancy was perfect due to it's location and I was happily impressed with the layout and nice features inside. Staff was very friendly and maintained a high level of professionalism. Not only was the lobby inviting and spacious to comfortably seat multiple large parties- but great stop for a quick bite whether it be morning or evening. The rooms were modern with such nice interior design, there was no issue with settling in. Rooms were clean and had everything you could need. I look forward to my next stay here.
